WILLIAM CONKLIN, ATTORNEY Mr. Conklin was born April 20, 1935, in Boise, Idaho. He earned his B.A. at Harvard University, graduating cum laude in 1957. He pursued his legal education at the University of Montana, where, after serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review, he received his LL.B. degree (with high honors) in 1960. He served as City Attorney of Great Falls, Montana, from 1960 to 1967. Mr. Conklin is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Cascade County Bar Association (President, 1984), the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers (past Board Member) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. L. D. NYBO, ATTORNEY L. D. Nybo is a native Montanan, born in Billings, Montana, May 26, 1941. He attended the University of Montana, graduating with a B.A. degree in 1964 and continuing there in the study of law, taking his Juris Doctor degree in 1967. He was admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 1967. Mr. Nybo is a member and former President (1962) of the Cascade County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Montana and the American Agricultural Law Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers and serves as a Board Member of that organization. ALLEN P. LANNING, ATTORNEY Allen P. Lanning was born June 21, 1964, in Helena, Montana. He attended the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in 1985. Mr. Lanning studied law at the University of Montana. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles published in the Montana Law Review and his scholastic honors include serving as Editor of that publication. A member of the State Bar of Montana since 1988, Mr. Lanning is a member of the Cascade County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.
