ALLEN P. LANNING, ATTORNEY
Allen P. Lanning was born June 21, 1964, in Helena, Montana.
He attended the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in 1985. Mr. Lanning studied law at the University of Montana. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles published in the Montana Law Review and his scholastic honors include serving as Editor of that publication.
A member of the State Bar of Montana since 1988, Mr. Lanning is a member of the Cascade County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.

SAMUEL L. HARRIS, ATTORNEY
Samuel L. Harris was born on August 28, 1970, in Helena, Montana. He attended the University of Montana graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1996. He previously studied at the University of Great Falls where he graduated with a B.S. in 1993 and served as a prosecutor and Justice of the Peace for Cascade County before joining the firm. Sam is a member of the Montana State Bar association and was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the State of Montana in 2007.
Practice areas include Litigation, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Landlord/Tenant Law.
WILLIAM CONKLIN, ATTORNEY
Mr. Conklin was born April 20, 1935, in Boise, Idaho. He earned his B.A. at Harvard University, graduating cum laude in 1957. He pursued his legal education at the University of Montana, where, after serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review, he received his LL.B. degree (with high honors) in 1960.
He served as City Attorney of Great Falls, Montana, from 1960 to 1967.
Mr. Conklin is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Cascade County Bar Association (President, 1984), the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers (past Board Member) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
